Two adult education courses are being sponsored this semester by the Centre and the University's Continuing Education programme:
1.  Frank Adam will present The Arab Israel Conflict - A History With Complexities, on 10 Tuesdays, 6.30 -8.30 p.m., commencing 2nd October, in the "Ellen Wilkinson Building". For further details, or to record your interest, email Frank at FrrankADAM@aol.com (CANCELLED -- insufficient enrolment)
2.   Ya'akov Wise will present Piety, Poverty and Persecution: A radical new look at Anglo-Jewish history 1880-1980, on 10 Tuesdays, 6.00 -8.00 p.m., commencing 9th October, at the Manchester Jewish Community Centre, Bury Old Road).  For further details, or to record your interest, call Ya'akov on 07962 597935 or email yaakov.wise@manchester.ac.uk

There is a fee of £130 for each course, but anyone whose total household income is no more than £17,910 per annum can apply for a bursary and will only be required to pay 40% of the fee.
