accompanied by explanatory notes by scholars. Selected lectures and
discussions of the sources are also available to view on the site.
Primary Sources: Workshops include 'Early modern Jewries', 'Jews and

Theresia for the Jews of Trieste', 'Letter from Jerusalem, Obadiah of
Bertinoro', 'Ordinance from the Pinkas of the Jewish community in Poznan'. |

Bimbaum’s The History of
the Jewish People book published on the Internet.
Good time-line and updates. Introduction alone excellent:
accessible and readable.Good for
teachers of RE KS 1/4 at all level. Suitable and helpful.
Also for students of GCSE level RE and History, eminently
useful whether for facts or bibliographies. Bibliographies
could also be useful for English (See: Anne Frank)

A
resource centre. In addition, the
timeline section brought up some excellent photo
records, e.g. of Israel’s first Government (20th
Century), which could be valuable for teachers
of GCSE and A level History. |
